Elecsys Technologies is proud to announce a new contract with Ocean Winds UK to support the 950MW Moray East offshore wind farm. This will see Ocean Winds leveraging Elecsys' cutting-edge network management and safety governance software to enhance compliance, efficiency and real-time coordination of its electrical safety operations.
With safety rules governance and operational efficiency as top priorities, Ocean Winds has adopted Elecsys to digitise and streamline its high-voltage (HV) operations. By implementing the software platform, Ocean Winds can effectively manage electrical safety compliance, outage planning, and authorisation workflows, ensuring a structured, auditable and real-time approach to electrical network operations while improving efficiency across all HV activities.

With 30 authorised personnel within Ocean Winds actively using Elecsys at Moray East, the platform is already playing a vital role in overseeing electrical operations. Each user has role-based permissions tied to their qualifications and electrical safety authorisations, ensuring a seamless and structured approach to managing compliance and operational activities offshore.
